We empower adolescent girls through menstrual hygiene, PCOS/PCOD, reproductive health, self-defence and body-awareness programmes. Our initiatives encourage girls to understand their health, make informed choices, build confidence and develop the knowledge and skills needed to navigate everyday challenges safely.
